:Return and Exchange Process
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, providing a deion of the problem and supporting photos if necessary
After reviewing your request, we will send instructions on returning the product to us.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and attachments.
Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving the product and confirming the defect or damage, we will send a replacement product or refund the paid amount, according to your preference.
No refund or exchange will be processed if the product does not meet the aforementioned criteria for defects or damage.
Shipping Costs:
If a confirmed defect or damage is found, we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.
If the defect or damage is not confirmed, you will bear the cost of shipping the product back.
